           Proposed Reorganisation of Capital                            
                            
The  Record Date for the proposed reorganisation is  3.00
pm,  Friday, 12 May, 2000 and shareholders are  requested
to  complete and return their Forms of Election  by  this
time.

From  close  of business on Friday, 12 May, 2000  to  the
opening   of   business  on  Thursday,   18   May,   2000
(inclusive),  the  Company's  Ordinary  Shares  will   be
disabled  for settlement in CREST.  From the  opening  of
business  on  Thursday, 18 May, 2000 the Ordinary  Shares
will trade for normal settlement.
