RE: PANTHEON INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPATIONS plc ORDINARY GBP0.67 SHARES
Following a change in Issued Share Capital of the above stock on November 29th
Newton Management Limited's current holding of 2,747,420 no longer exceeds 15%.
This holding now represents 12.72% of the new amount in issue of 21,592,356.
