On 22 March 2001, the Company announced that it had issued 110,933 further
Participating Loan Notes pursuant to the exercise of its Warrants.



The Company has today published listing particulars in relation to, and
application has been made for, the admission of the 110,933 Participating Loan
Notes of the Company to listing on the Official List of the UK Listing
Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed
securities.



Dealings in the Participating Loan Notes are expected to commence on 5 April
2001.
