Second Dividend Declaration

21 March 2024

The Board of Pantheon Infrastructure Plc (the "Company"), the listed global infrastructure fund, is pleased to announce that it has declared a second interim dividend of 2 pence per Ordinary Share for the year ended 31 December 2023 (the "Second Dividend"). 

The Second Dividend will be paid on 23 April 2024 to Ordinary Shareholders on the register at the close of business on 2 April 2024 (being the record date for these purposes). The Ordinary Shares will be marked ex-dividend on 28 March 2024.

The Second Dividend takes the total dividend payable for the year ended 31 December 2023 to 4 pence per Ordinary Share, in line with the Company's guidance at IPO.
