                Significant Shareholding and Director's Interest


As a result of the recent placing, announced on 5th April, Craton Capital is the
beneficial owner of 27 million ordinary shares, which represents 5.8 percent of
the enlarged share capital of the Company following the placing.


Director's Interest


Also announced on the 5th April, the Company has issued 6,000,000 new ordinary
shares to Pangea Exploration (Pty) Limited; representing 1.4 percent of the
enlarged share capital of the Company.


Rob Still is a director of Pangea Exploration (Pty) Limited and of Pan African.
