Pan African is pleased to announce that its new corporate presentation is now

The corporate presentation makes specific reference to the intended exploration
expenditure forecasted and approved by the board for the following two financial
years.

The budgeted exploration expenditure (subject to results) which is to be funded
internally through cash flow from Barberton Mines is US$7.7 million (GBP 3.85
million) and is to be expended per project as follows:


Manica (Mozambique)                              US$2.0 million
Bogoin & Dekoa (CAR)                             US$ 1.4 million
Akrokerri (Ghana)                                US$2.3 million
Barberton (South Africa)                         US$2.0 million
