The Company purchased for cancellation on 24th May 2007 500,000 ordinary shares
at a price of 566.87 pence per share. Following the cancellation of these

with voting rights. Following the above purchase, Michael Page International plc
holds no ordinary shares as treasury shares.


Therefore, the total number of shares with voting rights in Michael Page
International plc is 332,531,744.


The above figure 332,531,744 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
