Michael Page International plc (the "Company") announces that on 10 September 2010 it purchased 235,000 of its Ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("shares") at a price of 439.00 pence per share.

The Company intends to hold these shares in Treasury.

Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 3,497,423 of its shares in Treasury and has 320,705,041 shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares).
