Michael Page International plc (the "Company") announces that on 8 September 2010 it purchased 219,598 of its Ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("shares") at a price of 418.47 pence per share.

The Company intends to hold these shares in Treasury.

Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 3,138,277 of its shares in Treasury and has 321,049,463 shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares).
