Michael Page International plc (the "Company") announces that on 20 August 2010 it purchased 239,500 of its Ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("shares") at a price of 399.1 pence per share.

The Company intends to hold these shares in Treasury.

Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 773,437 of its shares in Treasury and has 323,330,089 shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares).
