would like to notify the market of the following:

At close of business on 28 February 2007, Michael Page International plc's
capital consists of 333,530,050 ordinary shares with voting rights. No ordinary
shares are held in Treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Michael Page International plc
is 333,530,050.

The above figure of 333,530,050 may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Michael Page International
plc's under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
