Michael Page International plc (the "Company") announces that on 2 September 2010 it purchased 19,932 of its Ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("shares") at a price of 415.94 pence per share.

The Company intends to hold these shares in Treasury.

Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 2,588,148 of its shares in Treasury and has 321,536,488 shares in issue (excluding Treasury shares).
