                     Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Michael Page is pleased to announce that it has today appointed Tim Miller as a
Non-Executive Director of the Company.

Tim Miller, 47, has wide experience in human resources and has held a number of
senior HR and business roles in the information technology, retail and
pharmaceutical sectors.  He is currently a Director of Standard Chartered Bank
and Group Head of Human Resources.  He is also responsible for Real Estate,
Health & Safety and the Company Secretariat at the Bank.

Mr Miller holds no directorships in any publicly quoted companies and has not
done so in the last 5 years. He has no interests in Michael Page shares and
there are no further details required to be disclosed pursuant to Listing Rule
9.6.13R in connection with Mr Miller's appointment.
