Award of Shares under the Michael Page International plc Long Term Incentive Plan 2013

On 20 March 2015 UBS Trustees (Jersey) Limited, the trustee of the EBT, made awards under the Michael Page International plc Long Term Incentive Plan 2013 by transferring the beneficial interest, for nil cost, to the number of Ordinary shares of 1p in the Company (the "Shares") as set out in the table below, subject to the rules of the Michael Page International plc Long Term Incentive Share Plan.
