Michael Page International plc (the 'Company') announces that between 8th and 13th May 2009, Charles-Henri Dumon, an Executive Director of the Company, sold the number of Shares at the price per Share detailed below.

The disposal is being made primarily to meet personal tax and social security liabilities arising on earlier disposals/the vesting of his allocation under the Group share plans.
