Steve Ingham and Stephen Puckett, Executive Directors of the Company, 
(i) exercised options under the Michael Page Executive Share Option Scheme 
('ESOS') to acquire the number of Ordinary Shares of 1p each ('Shares')in the 
Company at the price per Share detailed below and (ii) sold the number of Shares 
at the price per Share detailed below.
