                            Meeting with Analysts


Michael Page, the international professional recruitment company, is hosting a
presentation to analysts today at which it will provide information on prior
year comparables for the interim results and give guidance on certain
technical aspects of the Company's statutory financial reporting, following
its flotation on the London Stock Exchange in March.  Michael Page issued a
trading statement on 28 June and no new trading information will be given at
this meeting.


Michael Page will be announcing its interim results on 14 August 2001.
