 Oxford Technology 2 Venture Capital Trust Plc

 Dividend of 4.5p per share

The Company announces that it will be paying an interim dividend of 4.5 pence on each ordinary share of 10 pence each.

 No scrip alternative is offered and no dividend reinvestment plan is in place. 

 As the Company is a venture capital trust, the dividend is not treated as income in the hands of qualifying investors.

 The ex-dividend date is 28th January 2009

The record date for the dividend is 30th January 2009

The payment date is 27th February 2009
