ALLOTMENT OF NEW SHARES

The Board is delighted to announce the allotment and issue of 19,650 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("New Shares").

The New Shares were allotted at a price of 41p per New Share.

The Company's total issued share capital now comprises 6,801,923 shares of 10 pence each ("Shares")
