In view of recent press speculation, Online Travel Corporation plc ('OTC')
denies that it is holding any merger talks with Deckchair.com. However, we are
in discussion to provide Deckchair.com with our combined travel technology,
content and product and take over the fulfilment of operations in line with
our travel enabler strategy. OTC will make a more detailed announcement if
appropriate should contractual details be concluded.
