that, following the purchase of 1,150,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in OTC ('
Ordinary Shares'), BNY Trust Company Ltd. as a trustee of the MLIT-Merrill Lynch
Alpha Special Situations Investment Fund holds 4,126,984 Ordinary Shares
representing 3.6 per cent. of OTC's issued shares.
