Following the announcement on 30th April 2004 that the recommended share offer
for the Company by lastminute.com plc ('lastminute.com') had been declared
wholly unconditional, Tommaso Zanzotto and Elan Blutinger have resigned as
non-executive directors of OTC.

On 5th May 2004, Brent Hoberman (aged 35) and David Howell (aged 55), both
directors of lastminute.com, were each appointed as directors of OTC.

Brent Hoberman is currently a director of lastiminute.com and has no previous
directorships.

David Howell is currently a director of lastminute.com and Berkeley Group plc.
In the last five years David Howell has been a director of Nestor Healthcare
Group plc and First Choice Holidays plc.

Save as disclosed in this announcement, Brent Hoberman and David Howell have
each confirmed that there are no further disclosures required on their behalf
pursuant to paragraph (f) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.
