DIRECTOR'S SHAREHOLDING


The Company announces that it was advised today that on 17 January 2002, Mr A
Judd, Director purchased, in aggregate, 100,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence
each in the Company at a price of 17 pence per share.


Following this transaction, Mr Judd has a beneficial shareholding of 5,458,365
Ordinary Shares, which represents 6.74 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Share
capital of the Company.
