Online Travel Corporation plc ('OTC' or the 'Company') - Grant of Share
Options





In addition to the share options granted to Tommaso Zanzotto, the Chairman of
OTC, announced on 2 February 2001, the Board of OTC announces that, also on
that date, it granted options over 1,114,500 OTC ordinary shares to Directors
and staff of the Company.  This represents 1.7% of the issued ordinary share
capital of the Company.  These options are exercisable at a subscription price
of 36.5p after 2 February 2003, but before 2 February 2015.  Of the 1,114,500
options granted, the following have been allotted to Directors, each of which
represent less than 0.001% of the issued share capital of the Company:



Under the OTC Executive Share Option Scheme;

Under the OTC Approved Employee Share Option Scheme;

Robert Falkner                                         82,000
