The Company has been notified that, on 5 October 2022, James (Spike) Willcocks, a director of the Company and Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR"), sold a total of 105,984 ordinary shares at a price of $2.9138 per share and on 6 October 2022, sold a total of 94,016 ordinary shares at a price of $2.9713 per share.
