ONLINE TRAVEL CORPORATION PLC



AIM- ADDITIONAL LISTING



Online Travel Corporation Plc (' the Company') announces that on 21 August 2002
the Company approved the issue and allotment of a further 1,250 Ordinary Shares
of 1p each nominal value in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a
price of 11.6p per share as a result of an exercise of share options by an
employee.



Additionally, on 22 August 2002 the Company approved the issue and allotment of
a further 5,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each nominal value in the capital of the
Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 11.6p per share as a result of an
exercise of share options by another employee.





Application has been made to the Alternative Investment Market of the London
Stock Exchange for the admission of these new Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM
and dealings are expected to commence on 30 August 2002.



Following admission, the authorised share capital of the Company is 150,000,000
shares of 1p each of which 99,392,931 Ordinary Shares are in issue.
