Oxford Metrics plc (AIM: OMG), the smart sensing and software company, servicing life sciences, entertainment and engineering markets, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2023 is available on the Group's website oxfordmetrics.com and has been posted to shareholders who opted to receive a paper copy.

The Group's Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on 31 January 2024 at 2pm at Oxford Metrics plc, 6 Oxford  Pioneer Park, Yarnton, Oxfordshire, OX5 1QU. Full details of the AGM are available in the Annual Report and on the Group's website.
