                        Notification of Interim Results


On behalf of OMG plc ('the Company'), the global leader in the three-dimensional
capture and analysis of movement, providing tools and services for life
sciences, entertainment and engineering applications, we notify the London Stock
Exchange that the Company will be announcing its Interim Results for the six
months ended 31 March 2005 on Thursday, 23 June 2005.

An analyst briefing will be held at Buchanan Communications, 107 Cheapside,
London EC2, at 09.30am. and there will be a press briefing at 11.00am on
Thursday, 23 June 2005.
