Results Notification

On behalf of OMG plc, a leading supplier of motion capture and visual geometry
systems used for life sciences, entertainment and engineering applications, we
notify the London Stock Exchange that the Company will be announcing its Interim
Results for the six months ended 31 March 2004 on Tuesday 22 June 2004.

An analyst briefing will be held at Buchanan Communications, 107 Cheapside,
London EC2, on the day of the announcement at 09.30am and there will be a press
briefing at 11.00am.
