                              Results Notification

OMG plc, the group that delivers electronics and software products based upon
3-dimensional information contained in 'the moving image' to the entertainment,
medical, scientific and engineering industries, will be announcing its Interim
Results for the six months ended 31 March 2003 on Wednesday, 4 June 2003.

An analyst briefing will be held at Buchanan Communications, 107 Cheapside,
London EC2, on the day of the announcement at 09.30am. followed by a press
briefing at 10.30am.
