OMG plc ('OMG' or 'the Company')


Exercise of Options


OMG was notified that today certain employees of the Company exercised options
over 136,666 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company under the OMG Plc
2003 Enterprise Management Incentive Scheme.  The exercise price was 6.5 pence
per share.


An application has been made for the 136,666 new ordinary shares to be admitted
to AIM and trading is expected to commence on 11 July 2005.
