OMG plc ('OMG' or 'the Company')

Exercise of Options

OMG was notified on 24 June 2005, that on the same day two employees and an
ex-employee of the Company exercised options over 99,999 ordinary shares of 0.25
pence each in the Company under the OMG Plc 2003 Enterprise Management Incentive
Scheme. The exercise price was 6.5 pence per share.

An application has been made for the 99,999 new ordinary shares to be admitted
to AIM and trading is expected to commence on 30 June 2005.
