OMG plc ('OMG' or 'the Company')

Exercise of Options

OMG was notified on 3 June 2004, that on the same day an employee of the Company
exercised options over 75,200 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company
under the Oxford Metrics CSOP Scheme. The exercise price was 0.4425 pence per
share.

An application has been made for the 75,200 new ordinary shares to be admitted
to AIM and trading is expected to commence on 9 June 2004.
