Exercise of Options


OMG announces today that certain employees of the Company have exercised options
over ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company under the Company's share
option schemes.


Details of the number of options exercised are as follows:


Oxford Metrics 2000 Enterprise Management Incentives Scheme:

Oxford Metrics Inc 2001 Stock Incentive Plan:
                        Exercise Price        Number of Options Exercised
Employees                  23.5p                         10,000


An application has been made for the 23,334 new ordinary shares to be admitted
to AIM and trading is expected to commence on 2 July 2004.
