Exercise of Options

OMG announces that Avril Collins, an employee of the Company, has today
exercised options of 25,000 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company
under the Oxford Metrics 2000 Enterprise Management Incentives Scheme. The
exercise price was 2.5975 pence per share.

An application has been made for the 25,000 new ordinary shares to be admitted
to AIM and trading is expected to commence on 20 June 2003.
