OMG plc ('the Company')

The Company was notified today that Mr Paul Tate, an employee of the Company,
exercised options to subscribe for 13,333 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each at
an exercise price of 2.5975 pence per share.

Application will be made to admit these shares to trading on the Alternative
Investment Market.
