Exercise of Options

 

OMG plc (LSE: OMG), the technology group providing Computer Vision products and services for the entertainment, life science, engineering industries and consumer electronics markets, announces that it has today applied for 135,830 new ordinary shares of 0.25p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM on 21 January 2016 following an exercise of share options by one of its employees.

Total Voting Rights

Following the issue of the 135,830 new Ordinary Shares the Company will have a total of 120,951,475 Ordinary Shares in issue each carrying one voting right. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
