The Company was notified yesterday of Geoffrey Shaw's intention to exercise
options to subscribe for 240,000 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each at an
exercise price of 2.5975 pence per share today. Application will be made to
admit these shares to trading on the Alternative Investment Market.
