The Company announces the appointment to the Board of Peter Wharton as Finance
Director with effect from today. Mr Wharton is a chartered accountant with over
10 years' experience in the information technology industry.

Following his appointment, the Company has granted Mr Wharton options over
800,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 12.75p per share.
