OMG plc ('OMG' or 'the Company') - Directorate Change

OMG announced earlier today that the Chairman, Sir Peter Thompson, had decided
to step down from the position and also resign as a director of the Company.
Anthony Simonds-Gooding, currently a non-executive director of the Company,
takes up the position of non-executive Chairman with immediate effect. Further
details may be found in the Company's Preliminary Statement also published
today.
