OMG announces that Mr Nick Bolton has today purchased 357,142 ordinary shares at
14p per share from Mr Julian Morris, both directors of the Company. Mr Bolton
now holds 357,142 ordinary shares which represent 0.61% of the issued share
capital and Mr Morris now holds 14,009,320 ordinary shares which represent
23.99% of the issued share capital.
