Director Shareholding
OMG was notified on 17 June 2003 that on the same day Malcolm Lewin, a director
of the Company, sold 25,000 ordinary shares at a price of 13 pence per ordinary
share. Mr Lewin now holds 530,380 ordinary shares which represents 1.03% of the
issued share capital.
