OMG was notified today that, on 25 June 2003, Malcolm Lewin, a director of the
Company, sold 20,000 ordinary shares at a price of 13 pence per ordinary share.
Mr Lewin now holds 480,380 ordinary shares which represents 0.93% of the issued
share capital.
