The Company has been notified that Sir Peter Thompson, the Company's Chairman,
has purchased 375,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 8 pence on
today's date. The transaction increases Sir Peter Thompson's holding in the
Company to 616,441 ordinary shares representing approximately 1.23 per cent. of
the issued ordinary share capital of OMG plc.
