The Company was notified on Friday 11 August that Catherine Robertson, a
Director of the Company, has yesterday sold 50,000 shares in the Company
('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 36 pence per share.  Her resulting holding in
the Company is 1,305,366 shares, which is 2.17% of the total issued share
capital of the Company.
