                             Director Shareholding

The Company was informed on 29 August 2007 that Jonathon Reeve, a director of
the Company, purchased 16,475 ordinary shares in the Company ('Ordinary Shares')
at a price of 59.6p per share on 29 August 2007. On the same date Mr Reeve was
granted options over 65,000 Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of 55.94p per
share. These transactions represent Mr Reeve's total interest in the shares and
share options of the Company.

The Company was also informed on 29 August 2007 that Catherine Robertson, a
director of the Company, sold 100,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 57p per
share on 29 August 2007. Following this transaction Ms Robertson is interested
in 678,366 Ordinary Shares representing 1.08 percent of the Company's issued
ordinary share capital.
