The Company was notified on Wednesday, 12 July 2006 that Mr Anthony
Simonds-Gooding, Non-executive Chairman of the Company, has yesterday purchased
400,000 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at
a price of 37.5 pence per share from Dr Julian Morris, Deputy Chairman of the
Company.


Following this transaction, the resultant beneficial interests are as follows:
