                             Director Shareholding

The Company was notified on 22 August 2007 that Catherine Robertson, a director
of the Company, has today sold 500,000 ordinary shares in the Company ('Ordinary
Shares') at a price of 50 pence per share. Her resultant interest in the
ordinary share capital of the Company is 778,366 Ordinary Shares, which
represents approximately 1.24 per cent. of the total issued ordinary share
capital of the Company.
