                              Director's Dealings


The Company was notified on Thursday 22 June 2006 that Mr Brian Nilles, a
Director of the Company, sold 266,667 ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the
Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 35 pence per share. Following this
disposal Mr Brian Niles no longer holds an interest in the issued Ordinary Share
capital of the Company.
