The Company was notified on Tuesday 11 December that Julian Morris, a Director
of the Company, has yesterday sold 500,000 shares at 61p to satisfy
institutional demand.  His resulting holding in the Company is 10,609,320
shares, which represents 16.65% of the issued share capital.
